Green Aventurine

Green Aventurine is a form of silicon dioxide and belongs to Quartz family. It was first identified in 1837 by J.D. Dan. Its color varies due to different impurities present in stone. Green shade comes from fine particles of fuchsite, while red aventurine gets its color from tiny inclusions of hematite.
