Japanese Red Coral (Moonga)

Japanese Red Coral also called "Coral" is a rare and valuable deep sea gemstone found in waters near Japan mainly around Ogasawara and Okinawa. It is known for its deep "ox blood" red color and smooth natural surface which makes it very special for jewelry and astrological Moonga stone rings or pendants. This coral grows deep inside ocean usually about 100 to 300 meters below water and small natural pits on surface show that coral is real and formed in a natural organic way.
